Placing an Order
Designs By Mimi and Lola will accept orders via email. We accept Paypal payments. Please submit your order using the link below. Indicate the blanket size (baby, toddler or kids) along with the name to be placed on the blanket, theme and colors. Please choose up to three color choices for the blanket.
Please indicate on your order the address of where the blanket is to be shipped, telephone number and contact person.
Once Designs By Mimi & Lola receives the order, they will email an invoice using Paypal. Once the transaction is complete and paid in full, your order will be processed. Please allow 15 business days for the production of the personalized blanket and 8 business days for non-personalized blankets. Once the blanket is complete, we will email you a confirmation that the blanket is complete and ready to be shipped.

How Do I Wash My Blanket?
Our blankets are made of two layers of premium 100% polyester anti pill polar fleece. Blankets are to be washed separately with cold water on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not iron.
How Are Our Blankets Made?
The blankets are made of two layers of premium polar fleece fabric. The top layer is in a quilt pattern with the applicable design layout and color scheme. The second layer (bottom layer) is in a solid layer of the coordinated color in the scheme.
All blankets are hand made in Canada using industrial sewing machines sewn by
professional sewers.
Is Our Blanket A Gift?
Please indicate on your order if the blanket is a gift. We will include a free greeting card for you to fill out. If Mimi and Lola is sending the package directly to the gift recipient, please let us know. Please include the message on your order and we will hand write the card for you -- free of charge!
Confidentiality
All information collected by Designs by Mimi and Lola is kept confidential. We do not provide information to outside parties for marketing purposes. We take all measures to protect your information.
Personalized Blankets
Designs By Mimi and Lola will personalize the blanket as indicated on the order
received by the client. Mimi and Lola is not responsible for any errors provided upon ordering. Mimi and Lola will gladly correct the error for a fee of $20.00 and will not be responsible for shipping charges.
Mimi and Lola will creatively place the name on the blanket to best suit the theme and size of the blanket.
Return Policy
If you feel that our blanket is not to your satisfaction, send the unused blanket within two weeks of delivery via insured mail (at your expense) along with original proof of purchase and we will exchange or provide a refund. Designs By Mimi and Lola will not refund shipping charges.
Shipping
Please allow 15 business days (from the date of order received) for production of your order. If the blanket is not personalized, the item will be shipped within 8 business days. Once your blanket is complete, the blanket will be shipped via Canada Post (delivery time of product cannot be guaranteed). All orders are insured in case of loss or damage. Please indicate on your order a day time delivery address to ensure that the parcel will be delivered reliably during business hours. We can only deliver to street addresses, no PO addresses. Additional shipping charges apply to orders that are re-shipped due to an incorrect address or are unclaimed by the recipient. Please advise the recipient that a package from Designs by Mimi and Lola Ltd. will be arriving.
American and International customers are responsible for any applicable import
charges and duties.
US customers will be charged a $16.00 delivery charge.
We will notify international customers of the delivery fee once the order has been placed.
Process Of Order
Please allow 15 business days for production of personalized blankets. For
non-personalized blankets, 8 business days. Plus shipping time. A confirmation email will be sent once the blanket is complete and ready to be shipped.

Our blankets come in three sizes:
BABY: 27" x 36"
TODDLER: 38" x 49"
KID'S: 51" x 59"
How to Order
Please use the Contact Us module to place your order. Once received, Designs By Mimi and Lola will invoice you via Pay Pal. Once the payment is received we will process the order.
Gifts
For an extra $27.00 Mimi & Lola will add a color coordinated plush animal and bib. We will wrap it up as shown below.
